Preschool Ages 3-5

Our Preschool program is for children from 3 to 5 years old. They work on goal setting, hand-eye coordination, listening skills, large motor skills and fine motor skills, all in a gymnastics setting. They will also learn basic gymnastics skills and vocabulary. We use all four evernts, bars, beam, floor and vault, as well as tumble track in our instruction. Some of the skills your child will be working on will include handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls and backward rolls. A typical class format will look like this:

Obstacle Course- The children will follow a circuit of equipment to warm up

Stretch- Teachers will lead a stretch 

Gymnastics Instruction- The children will go to each event, (bars, beam, floor and vault) for guided instruction on each piece of equipment
