Our History | Arnold's Gymnastics

Our History

Arnold's Gymnastics Academy was established in May of 1996 by Cynthia Arnold. We began in a one-story, 3,000 square foot building. A year later we moved into our second location, a 6,000 square foot facility, doubling our enrollment. Finally, in 2004 we moved into our current location, a 12,000 square foot building with a seperate preschool gym, a dance studio and a ninja area. In January of 2018 Cindy's daughters, Samantha Nelson and Sarah Medeiros purchased the business and have continued running it with Cindy's inclusive mission in mind- that gymnastics is for EVERYONE and love of the sport is of the utmost importance. Since our opening 22 years ago we have been able to touch the lives of thousands of aspiring gymnasts, as well as raise countless thousands of dollars for various children's charities.

Our Mission Statement

The mission of Arnold's Gymnastics Academy is simple: we believe that gymnastics is for EVERYONE! We strive to provide high quality gymnastics training in a fun and safe environment. We believe that the lessons learned (in the sport of gymnastics) as children are fundamental in the development of well-rounded adults. Developing self-confidence, goal setting and discipline, along with strength, flexibility and an overall appreciation of fitness, are just a few of the inherent benefits of gymnastics. We uphold the belief that ALL children deserve the chance to pursue these life skills, and at AGA we will endeavor to provide that oppurtunity.
